Usage

The product is used to connect OPGW cable and tower in the optic fiber cable erection, the ground wire can protect the OPGW cable and improve the anti-vibration. The special design of the ground wire can guarantee that the preformed tension clamp will not lead to the stress concentration, which does damage to the OPGW cable, so that, ensure the normal life of the cable system.

Structure &material

Shackle     Galvanized steel shackle, used to connect the tower fasteners.

Exstrain rod Hot dip galvanized steel precision exstrain rod, used to connect thimble and shackle, it can also let the exit cable of the preformed tension clamp keep at a distance with the tower, as a result, it will guarantee the cable’s Bending radius.

   Thimble Hot dip galvanized steel precision thimble, in the U-shape bending head, which can make tension clamp connect with exstrain rod.

Instruction

Two. Select the tension clamp according to the cable diameter and the cable’s rated pulling strength, the users can choose the suitable preformed tension clamp according to the specification table.

Three. The ground wire clamp and the tension clamp should be ordered together. It is not allowed to install the ground wire clamp directly on the inner or outer layer performed armor rods of the tension clamp.
